New resources for addressing psychosocial risk factors

The National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (INSHT), as an agency dedicated to the prevention of occupational hazards, discussed the Psychology as a discipline from the approach of "working conditions", including it in their areas of expertise. In this line
designed, for over ten years, a tool that allowed the identification and evaluation of psychosocial factors, providing information from which could suggest actions for improvement. Over the years it has proved a useful means of prevention professionals, but given the time that has elapsed since the design of its first version, it was thought appropriate review, to update and improve the method those aspects that were considered necessary.
It is undeniable that in recent years, a topic which has been concerned in the field of risk prevention is the consideration of situations of bullying as a risk factor and as such has been treated on the lines INSHT work.
In this day are some of the results have been obtained in these two areas of work, from two panels focused on both issues.
In the first panel will present the new version of the method of assessing Psychosocial factors INSHT. In the second part describes two tools that purport to help the objectification of possible bullying situations, finishing with a discussion of the legal framework should be interpreted in such situations.
